Retin-A (tretinoin)
The Retin-A and Avita brands of tretinoin are used to treat acne. The Renova brand of tretinoin is used to reduce the appearance of fine wrinkles and mottled skin discoloration, and to make rough facial skin feel smoother.
I've used Retin-A back in the Philippines and I am satisfied with the way it made my skin look younger and finer, people actually noticed it. I buy it over-the-counter, but here in Canada you need to have a prescription. So I asked for it from my family doctor today. I use the 0.025%. I'm excited to be using it again.
